COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Atlas Copco DSQC358C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze-Americas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JASPWRCF01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC090A0RD3D110A0S001 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EVF8221E by Manufacturer Lenze-Americas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand HDS032W075NHS5601FW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Andover-Controls such as I2920 equipment made by Andover-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Andover-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Andover-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JD3200S10 made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular KCM3 original spares produced by Ktron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDCP02 by Yaskawa and I2920 spares by Andover-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4809770103A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
